"Prabhupada cleared the room - sent everyone out. Then he asked me how the preaching was, and I told him how it was in Ahmedabad. Then he did a very touching thing at the end. He got up from behind his little desk and he came over to me and took me in his arms. He pressed me very tightly. He put his head on one side of my head, and then on the other side, and then the other side again, and he said, 'Now take that sannyasa mantra in your heart, keep it always in your heart, and go and preach everywhere.'"

In a CC lecture"... Even if you blindly accept Krishna the material nature
will act on you. Even if you faithfully and completely and truly accept
Krishna still the material nature will act on you. So Just have fiath that
Krishna is the supreme personality of Godhead and you will surely advance
spiritually."

Special thanks to my beloved friend who shared this with me!!!

I got answers to all questions in life.Did you get it too???

The first time when I saw Lord Guruvayoorappan in a devotional song cd label is when I started praying sincerely accepting His personal feature.

My prayers were to have a steady mind as it was my college days. There were disturbing elements and thoughts around me by then. Soon after my prayers in a few days I happened to come in contact with devotees and Srila Prabhupada's books.

I was curious to know the meaning of life since my childhood. I asked my father once, if we see who your father's father's father's.... Father where would it end???? My father had no answer by then.

Right after my father's death, my curiosity to find the meaning of life increased manifold. But I didn't get answers for all my questions until I met devotees in 2002. The strange thing is we already had a copy of Bhagavad Gita in our house for generations. My father's father had bought a mc Millan edition of Srila Prabhupada's Bhagavad Gita. It was there in our house for many many years but the grantha broke out after so many years. This is why Srila Prabhupada's books are called time bombs. It will reveal at any time to the sincere seekers.

Krishna says to Arjuna that now I shall explain you this knowledge both phenomenal and numinous knowing this nothing further shall remain for you to know. Who else can give complete knowledge than the complete whole, the Supreme Lord Himself?

Im Living in the material world

This song is most appropriate for all the conditioned souls of this material world.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p3fSUE60qRY

Lyrics

Im living in the material world
Living in the material world

Cant say what Im doing here
But I hope to see much clearer,
After living in the material world

I got born into the material world
Getting worn out in the material world
Use my body like a car,
Taking me both near and far
Met my friends all in the material world

Met them all there in the material world
John and paul here in the material world
Though we started out quite poor
We got richie on a tour
Got caught up in the material world

From the spiritual sky,
Such sweet memories have i
To the spiritual sky
How I pray
Yes I pray
That I wont get lost
Or go astray

As Im fated for the material world
Get frustrated in the material world
Senses never gratified
Only swelling like a tide
That could drown me in the
Material world

From the spiritual sky,
Such sweet memories have i
To the spiritual sky
How I pray
Yes I pray
That I wont get lost
Or go astray

While Im living in the material world
Not much giving in the material world
Got a lot of work to do
Try to get a message through
And get back out of this material world

Im living in the material world
Living in the material world
I hope to get out of this place
By the Lord Sri Krishna's grace
My salvation from the material world
Big ending

he who renounces the fruits of action is called one who has truly renounced. BG.18.06]

Bhagavad-gita As It Is | Part [BG.18.06]

TEXT 10:

na dveshty akusalam karma

kusale nanushajjate

tyagi sattva-samavishto

medhavi chinna-samsayah

TRANSLATION:

The intelligent renouncer situated in the mode of goodness, neither hateful of inauspicious work nor attached to auspicious work, has no doubts about work.

PURPORT:

A person in Krishna consciousness or in the mode of goodness does not hate anyone or anything which troubles his body. He does work in the proper place and at the proper time without fearing the troublesome effects of his duty. Such a person situated in transcendence should be understood to be most intelligent and beyond all doubts in his activities

TEXT 11:

na hi deha-bhrita sakyam

tyaktum karmany aseshatah

yas tu karma-phala-tyagi

sa tyagity abhidhiyate

TRANSLATION:

It is indeed impossible for an embodied being to give up all activities. But he who renounces the fruits of action is called one who has truly renounced.

PURPORT:

It is said in Bhagavad-gita that one can never give up work at any time. Therefore he who works for Krishna and does not enjoy the fruitive results, who offers everything to Krishna, is actually a renouncer. There are many members of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness who work very hard in their office or in the factory or some other place, and whatever they earn they give to the Society. Such highly elevated souls are actually sannyasis and are situated in the renounced order of life. It is clearly outlined here how to renounce the fruits of work and for what purpose fruits should be renounced.
