It's not the way things are, it's the way we are.

Coaching will unlock your potential by helping you grow and investing in your ability to achieve.

Discomfort equals growth. We are being asked to stretch way outside of our comfort zone. My wish is that our stretch will lead to extraordinary innovation and evolution as people and as a global community.

Not everyone is ready for coaching. Are you?

Working weekly with a coach allows you the structure and the time to work on your life instead of just being in it.

You use the coach to get you where you want to go. If you don't show up and you don't do the work, then you'll be doing what you've always done and getting the usual results. To get the most out of coaching, work it, follow up, take action after each session!

Be someone who values him- or herself enough to do so.

When people first find a coach, they often consider their coach their "secret weapon".

Would it be useful having a partner who is 100 percent devoted to your success? Can you do it alone? Absolutely. Can you do it better with someone to hold you accountable, cheer you on, point out pitfalls, build on your strengths, and help you chart out your path? Well ... you may give it a try and see for yourself.

A coach's main job is to help you to take action to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

KKSblog.com - The Vibration of Krishna’s flute

The Vibration of Krishna's flute

(Kadamba Kanana Swami, 2005)

It says that sometimes the vibration of Lord Krishna's flute is one of the impetus for the ecstatic love for Him. It seems that we are cut off from that – from hearing Krishna's flute…at least it appears like that. But actually, those who have received second initiation are very fortunate because they have access to the vibration of Lord Krishna's flute through the Gayatri mantra.

The Gayatri mantra is the very vibration of Lord Krishna's flute. When the sound of Lord Krishna's flute entered through the ears of Lord Brahma then it came out of his mouth as Gayatri mantra. Therefore, anyone who doesn't have second initiation, should endeavour to get it by preparing very nicely to get brahminical qualities so that one will be awarded this special initiation, so that they can also get access to the vibration of Krishna's flute. In realising how amazing actually the Gayatri mantra is in considering this point. The brahmanas may chant with more attention. If we are inattentively chanting while Krishna's playing his flute then we may not even hear it…and then the Gayatri mantra is finished and we haven't really heard much of Krishna's flute playing, then the ecstatic love may not come.

His bugling is also described; His smiling; His footmarks on the ground; the transcendental fragrance of His body, and the appearance of the hue cloud in the sky can also become the impetus for the ecstatic love for Him. Now, here we are already describing quite an exalted state of Krishna Consciousness. We are now speaking about the uddīpana.

The uddīpana are described in the Nectar of Devotion and in the Caitanya Caritamrta that Mukunda, who was a medical man, was engaged in the service of the Muslim king who was sitting on the throne and he was being fanned with peacock fans. He was sitting on a raised platform. So Mukunda was approaching on the raised platform, and when he saw against the light of the sun he saw the moving of that peacock fan, and suddenly he just remembered Krishna, and became overwhelmed and crashed to the ground! The emperor was very shocked to see that his doctor had crashed. What do you do if your doctor suddenly crashes?

'Call the doctor…call the doctor!'

It is somewhat of an awkward situation, when the doctor himself crashes on the ground! Then what do you do? So it was a problem, but the emperor then decided to go and have a look himself. He noticed that this was not an ordinary thing. After sometime Mukunda came to consciousness and then he was asked:

"What the cause was for him falling?"

And he said:

"Oh I am having some sort of a disease – an epileptic disease".

But the emperor said:

"No, it happened when you saw that peacock fan. What is this? I know it's not a disease".

So the emperor understood also, by being very intelligent. We find that these kinds of impetuses are there for the great devotees of the Lord who become very attached to Krishna. For them Krishna is not some sort of an abstract idea,

'Is there a God? Is there not?'

No, for them Krishna is a reality and they're experiencing Krishna every moment! For them it's not a question,

'Does Krishna exist? Does He not exist?'

For them it's not a point,

'Oh Krishna…. He is described in the Mahabharata. Oh Krishna…He spoke to Arjuna five thousand years ago.'

No! For them it is,

'Krishna spoke to me five minutes ago! Krishna is communicating to me right now! Krishna is there all the time!'

Lost sentence appears in newly discovered page of Gita transcription

BBT press release

A sentence handwritten by Srila Prabhupada for a purport of Bhagavad-gita As It Is but never included in any edition of the book has come to light at the Bhaktivedanta Archives.

The sentence, written on a newly discovered transcribed page for Chapter 10, text 36, disparages "the unfortunate commentator who wants to cheat Krsna and the public by saying that there is something greater than Krsna."

A letter from Jayadvaita Swami discusses the question, What should the BBT do with the newly discovered sentence?

You can see the page and the letter.

I am a living corpse!

I wander through this world of suffering, my mind fixed on objects of
senses which bring only pain and my chest pierced by the javelin of
forgetfulness of You(Krishna). My body and mind are withered and
shattered and from moment to moment I become unconscious. Immersed in
pain I am like a living corpse-Narottama Das Thakur
